Vicky Homewood
Customer Services
Vicky recently joined our expanding Customer Service department, in a position that sees her acting as a liaison between customers and hauliers to ensure deliveries are running smoothly.
Our Customer Service department is the first point of contact for customers either by phone or email, so it is essential that all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Vicky says: “My job is very fast-paced, as we have hundreds of deliveries going out to sites, schools and private individuals every day. Should customers contact AHS to track their products, I must be able to confidently communicate with hauliers and the pallet network to ensure they are updated as soon as possible. It is my role to ensure that our customers’ experience with AHS is a positive one.”
Vicky lives in rural Sussex with her new fiancée and young daughter. When not spending time with her family, she is an ardent netball player and plays for two local teams.
